BREAKDOWN (Consignors volunteer only 2 hours at breakdown - sign up online for your shift)
3:00 pm - until COMPLETE All consignors that will be picking up unsold items assist at Breakdown with a 2 hour shift. Shifts begin at 3:00pm and continue through 7:00pm. Pickup of items begin at 8:00pm to 9:00pm. PICK-UP
All Consignors will be able to pickup their sorted, unsold items from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. We have many new Consignors and lots of items to sort, so we needed to add more time to the breakdown process and require ALL to help in order to vacate the building on time. If your items are marked DONATE, you do not need to assist with breakdown. Thank you for your understanding. The SACRAMENTO FOOD BANK Donation Truck will pick-up all remaining items at 9:00pm.
(Volunteers scheduled for the Double Credit breakdown late shift... 6pm - 11pm do not need to help with the initial breakdown sorting process. Please arrive 15 mins early to find parking to begin your shift at 6:00pm. Late Shift volunteers help breakdown racks and tables and load the trucks. You will be given time to load your own sale items during your shift. Lifting and carrying items is required at this shift. Please do not sign up for this shift if you are unable to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Thank you.)
The Back Docks will be open for pick-up. The Convention Center Parking Attendants will not allow cars to wait in the loading area. They will ask you to park or drive around until we are ready and have okay'd the start of pickup. Come at 8:00pm to pickup your items. | | Aug 29 |
